1. Scope and contact
This policy applies to the public website at www.intoout.net, including its educational articles, calculators and contact form. “In to Out Swing,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the publisher of this website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to intoout@gmail.com.
2. Information you choose to provide
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected subject, optional page URL and message. We use that information to route the request, investigate a reported problem, respond when appropriate, prevent abuse and maintain a record of material corrections.
Do not include passwords, payment details, precise health information or other sensitive personal information. The contact form is not an emergency, medical or confidential professional service.
3. Calculator inputs
Calculator values are processed in your browser to update the visible outputs and SVG diagrams. The site does not require an account, attach those values to an identity, or send them to our contact endpoint. Values are not saved by the application after you leave or reload the page unless your browser itself restores form state.
4. Contact delivery provider
When contact delivery is configured, the website sends the submitted form fields to Web3Forms so the message can be delivered by email. Web3Forms acts as a third-party service provider and processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. Review the Web3Forms privacy policy. If the form is unavailable, you may email us directly.
5. Hosting and technical logs
The hosting and network providers needed to deliver and secure the site may automatically process ordinary request data. This can include an IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser or device information, response status and security events. Such logs may be used for availability, diagnostics, abuse prevention and infrastructure security. Their retention and processing are also governed by the providers’ policies.
6. Cookies, analytics and advertising
The current application does not install analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential tracking cookies. Fonts and authored visual assets are served with the website. See the cookie policy for the current technology inventory.
Advertising is not currently active. If advertising or audience measurement is introduced, this policy and the cookie policy will be updated before that technology is enabled. Where consent is required, we will present the applicable choice mechanism. Google requires publishers using its advertising products to disclose the resulting data collection and technologies, and requires a Google-certified consent platform for relevant ad serving in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Articles link to independent sources for definitions and further reading. Following an external link sends you to another operator’s website, where that operator may receive technical request information and apply its own cookies or privacy practices. A link does not mean we control or endorse those practices.
8. Legal bases and purposes
Depending on the law that applies to you, processing may rely on your request and consent when you submit a form, our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, correcting content, securing the service and preventing abuse, or a legal obligation. We do not sell personal information submitted through the contact form.
9. Retention
Contact messages may remain in the receiving mailbox and relevant service records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain correction history, resolve disputes, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations. We do not promise a fixed deletion schedule. You may request deletion of a message; we will assess the request against applicable obligations and legitimate record-keeping needs.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to this small informational service, including input validation, a honeypot field, origin checks and encrypted transport when the production site is served over HTTPS. No internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Children
This general golf education website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information can contact us to request review and deletion.
12. Your choices and rights
You can use the articles and calculators without submitting personal information. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of personal information. Email intoout@gmail.com with enough detail to identify your request. We may need to verify that the request relates to you.
13. Changes to this policy
We will revise this page when the site’s information practices materially change. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a revision means the updated notice applies to later activity; it does not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
