1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text record a website or third party can ask a browser to store. Related browser technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and device identifiers. They can support essential functions, remember preferences, measure audiences or personalize advertising.
2. Current website inventory
The current In to Out Swing application does not deliberately set first-party analytics, advertising, personalization or marketing cookies. It does not use local storage or session storage to keep calculator inputs. Calculator values remain in the open page while you use it and reset when the page is reloaded, subject to any form-restoration feature built into your browser.
The mobile navigation uses the browser’s native dialog behavior. The site’s fonts, favicon, Open Graph image and authored SVG assets are served as site files rather than loaded from a third-party font or image network.
3. Hosting and security technology
Hosting, content-delivery or security providers may process request information and may use strictly necessary technologies at the network or infrastructure layer to deliver traffic, balance load, prevent abuse or protect the service. We do not use those operational records to build advertising profiles.
4. Contact form
Submitting the contact form sends the fields you choose to provide to our server endpoint and, when configured, to Web3Forms for email delivery. The current form does not require a site account or an advertising identifier. Web3Forms and your email provider apply their own technical and privacy practices to the services they operate.
5. External links
Opening a cited source or another external website takes you outside In to Out Swing. That destination may set its own cookies or use other tracking technology. Review the destination’s notices and browser controls; this policy cannot describe technology operated independently on another domain.
6. Advertising status and future consent
Google AdSense and other advertising services are not currently installed. Before advertising is enabled, we will update this inventory to identify the relevant providers and purposes. Where law or Google policy requires consent, we will implement an appropriate choice mechanism before non-essential advertising technology is used.
Google currently requires publishers serving relevant ads in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland to use a Google-certified consent management platform that integrates with the applicable Transparency and Consent Framework. Enabling AdSense code alone would not complete that requirement.
7. Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies and restrict storage through privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary technology can affect the availability or security of some websites. Because In to Out Swing currently avoids non-essential cookies, there is no separate site preference panel to remember a consent choice.

We will revise this page when the technology inventory changes, including before analytics, personalized advertising, non-personalized advertising or affiliate tracking is introduced.
